She will highlight the challenges for the coming years as well as the distinctive elements that contribute to the worldwide recognition of Québec’s workforce.

Canada is a leader in reducing aviation greenhouse gas emissions. The panelists will discuss initiatives in place to support the industry in developing technologies whose commercialization will help it adapt to new environmental standards and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Québec and elsewhere. The panelists will share their experience and commitment to fighting climate change and will provide some concrete examples. More than ever, cooperation among universities, governments and industry players is essential to continue meeting tomorrow’s requirements.

A recent study conducted by Aéro Montréal among the next generation of aerospace professionals in Québec showed a lack of knowledge about the diversity of training leading to a career in aerospace. However, several paths are possible. Panelists will discuss programs at the college, professional and university levels. They will demonstrate that the aerospace sector is accessible and within everyone’s reach where everyone can work.
