Catherine Thibault has 20 years of experience in corporate communications and marketing. She joined CAE in 2006 as a Communications Advisor. She then successively held the positions of Manager and Director, Public Affairs and Global Communications. During her various mandates with CAE, Catherine managed communications with the internal and external audiences of the company. With the help of her team, she works in collaboration with the various business units of CAE to support them in achieving their business objectives through strategic and engaging communications.

Catherine began her career at Cossette Communications-Marketing as a project manager and then as an account executive. She worked on national marketing campaigns with clients from a variety of industries, including food, retail, telecommunications and automotive.

Catherine holds a bachelor's degree in Communications (public relations profile) from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Since 2019, she acts as president of the Aéro Montréal Image, Visibility and Marketing Workgroup.
