Béatrice Perier Agostini joined Aéro Montréal in August 2019 and today holds the position of Director, Next generation and workforce. Her mandate is to put in place concerted programs and actions to meet the major challenges of the aerospace workforce.

For example, the Passion for flight program aims to encourage young people to develop a passion and consider pursuing aerospace training. Another example, the AéroPortail aims to familiarize the public with Quebec aerospace industry and to encourage young people to pursue such careers.

Béatrice holds a master's degree from the University of Toulouse in France and a master's degree in management from IPAG. Before joining Aéro Montréal, she held several roles as marketing and communication manager in various companies, particularly in the aerospace sector.
