PAL Aerospace and PAL Airlines, in partnership with the Canada Economic Development for Quebec Region and Aéro Montréal, will host a Supplier Engagement Day in Montréal on February 7, 2018. This event will provide an opportunity for Québec companies in the manufacturing and aerospace sectors to highlight their capabilities, products and services to PAL Aerospace representatives who are seeking new connections with industry to support their operations.  Both EIC companies, PAL Aerospace is a diversified international aerospace and defence company whereas PAL Airlines is a customer service focused airline operating primarily in Eastern Canada.

Most notably, PAL Aerospace is responsible for the In-Service Support (ISS) of the Fixed Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR) aircraft - the Airbus C295W, selected by Canada to replace the aging fleet of CC-115 Buffalo and CC-130 Hercules aircraft. PAL Aerospace will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance work not undertaken by technicians of the Royal Canadian Air Force and will include high-value work such as repairs, 2nd and 3rd level maintenance, future modification work, and depot-level maintenance of the aircraft.

Particular areas of interest in support of these specific operations and the broader supply chain include:

ISS Supply Chain Requirements:

  • Material – including consumables, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Logistics/Transportation
  • Personnel – Maintenance and Management

REGISTRATION

Advance registration for this session and the optional B2B meeting component is required.  Please note that space is limited.  If you would like to attend, please register at www.aeromontreal.ca  on or before February 1st with your contact information and when (morning or afternoon) you would prefer to schedule a B2B meeting with PAL representatives.  The individual meetings will last 12 minutes each, with an additional 3 minutes for the rotation.  We will do our best to accommodate your meeting preference.  Kindly note that all meeting requests must be approved in advance by PAL Aerospace.

 

FEES

The registration fees for this event are 65 CAD.  The payment can be made online at the time of registration at www.aeromontreal.ca.
