This three-way MOU will foster increased collaboration between the three companies by creating a considerably larger combined pool of capabilities, facilities and staff. The MOU also creates the framework for the companies to jointly pursue larger avionics and aerospace projects with broader scope, thereby offering customers a considerably more "turnkey" project option.
