Ultraspec specializes in the surface treatment of metal components for the aerospace, defense and transport industries.
Our capabilities include a chemical laboratory, mechanical surface preparation, clear and colour anodizing (chromic acid, sulfuric acid, boric-sulfuric acid, hard), chemical conversion on aluminium alloys, plating (zinc, zinc phosphate, manganese phosphate, electroless nickel), passivation, primer and paint , powder coat, solid film lubricant and non-destructive testing (conductivity , LPI and MPI).
Ultraspec is registered with NADCAP as well as the Controlled Goods Program (CGP). Holding the AS9100 quality management system certificate, Ultraspec is also approved by all the major aerospace OEMs.
