Unless the space rental contract states otherwise, a standard booth is 80 sq. ft. (8 square meters): 8 feet by 10 feet, or a multiple of these dimensions. The maximum height of your booth and its contents will be 8 feet (or 2.5 metres), unless an agreement has been made previously with the promoter. Furthermore, no hanging of materials will be allowed without the promoter’s approval.

  • One 15 amp electrical outlet
  • 1 table and 2 chairs
  • Identification of your organisation in the official guide
  • 3 transferable passes (access to the Exhibition Hall and B2B meetings)


Coordination of technical and logistical requirements for the exhibition will be handled by OPC Événements. The OPC team will provide the necessary support.
