It is with enthusiasm that Aéro Montreal kicks off its summer networking activity:
The annual Classic Golf / Bike which will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at the Elm Ridge Country Club on l’Île-Bizard.

Take advantage of this must-attend event to network in a friendly atmosphere with your partners, customers, employees, and colleagues from the industry.

 

INFORMATIONS :

» REGISTRATION  — FROM 7:30AM

» GOLF ACTIVITY STARTING TIME (SHOTGUN) — 10:00AM

» CYCLING ACTIVITY STARTING TIME — 12:00AM

 


THE GOLF CLASSIC —  7:30 am to 8:00 pm

Registration for the tournament includes :

  • Brunch
  • Green fees
  • Golf Cart
  • Driving range
  • Basket of balls
  • Cocktail reception from 4:30 p.m.
  • Draw and door prizes
  • Parking at Elm Ridge Country Club

 

THE BIKE CLASSIC  —  10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The cycling activity is open to everyone and offers different cycling routes in the region ranging from 30 km to 80 km for the most experienced. Cyclists will be grouped according to their speed category ranging from 20 km/h to 30 km/h.

Registration for the cycling activity includes :

  • Brunch
  • Supervision during the bike course by professionals
  • Provisioning
  • Access to Club Elm Ridge locker rooms and showers following the activity
  • Cocktail reception from 4:30 p.m.
  • Draw and door prizes
  • Parking at Elm Ridge Country Club

 

* Important : No bike rental will be available on site.

REFUND POLICY

Any cancellation must be notified in writing (by email) two weeks before the event. No refunds (prize, taxes, Eventbrite fees) will be made if the request is received after August 11, 2023.

No refund of Eventbrite fees if canceled at any time.
