Ghislain Lafrance is President and CEO of TeraXion, a position in which he has the opportunity to carry out the company's active growth strategy. He co-founded TeraXion in 2000 and has held numerous roles over the years, such as production manager, vice- president of the business unit for laser and photonic components and, recently vice- president of marketing and technologies. His curiosity and interpersonal skills have allowed him to forge precious links with many partners. Ghislain Lafrance holds a master's and bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Laval University and he chairs the board of directors of SA2GE, the Coalition for Greener Aircraft.
