Dan Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience to McCarter’s government contracts practice, combining both counseling and advocacy for clients doing business in the U.S. Government marketplace. Dan’s clients represent a broad spectrum of industry sectors and include both emerging and established businesses working under prime and subcontracts, SBIRs, CRADAs, OTAs, and grants for DoD and civilian agencies. Dan’s clients include Canadian companies, and he has frequently lectured in Canada on the opportunities and challenges in accessing the U.S. Government market.
Dan serves on the Board of Directors for the Boston Chapter of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and as vice president for the New England Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
