With a BA in educational information and counseling, and a certificate in industrial relations, Cynthia Cloutier has worked in education for nearly 25 years.

Cynthia is responsible for admissions for vocational training programs in high demand on the labour market. She applies her expertise and dynamism to help young people and adults achieve the qualifications needed to meet the challenges they desire, as well as employer partners looking for a workforce that meets the highest demands of their industries. Primarily, the CIMME initiates dual training programs, an alternating work-study pedagogy based on close ties with employer partners.
