ALTITUDE AEROSPACE and TRINITY AEROSPACE partner to acquire DICI INDUSTRIES

TRINITY AEROSPACE is pleased to announce it has partnered with ALTITUDE AEROSPACE of Montreal to acquire DICI INDUSTRIES Inc.; a Montreal based manufacturing company that specializes in precision machining and assemblies.  DICI INDUSTRIES was established in 1988 and provides service to the aerospace, telecommunications, defence and medical sectors.

 “We are very pleased to add manufacturing to our services. The synergies created by this valuable addition will allow us to better answer the needs of our OEM customers by not only participating in the design phase but also in the final product and the aftermarket service as well.” said the president of Altitude Aerospace Mrs. Nancy Venneman.

DICI INDUSTRIES is located in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec, adjacent to the Montreal Technoparc and has over 20 CNC machining centres along with additional conventional equipment.  The company is AS9100C & ISO 9001:2008 certified and is registered in the Controlled Goods Directorate program.

“We are very excited about this strategic partnership and acquisition; it will enable us to increase our production capacity and will give us the opportunity to provide an integrated solution to our customers.  This will also allow us to diversify our customer base” said the president of Trinity Aerospace Mr. Kofi Bannerman-Maxwell.
