The Aerospace Management Intensive Program will be offered in April-May 2014.

It is a joint HEC Montreal – Toulouse Business School initiative that provides a unique opportunity for managers working in the aerospace industry to improve their knowledge of key management processes and discuss some of the most challenging issues in their field. The program consists of three seminars that will be facilitated by leading professors from both prestigious schools.  Participants can register for one, two or all three seminars covering the following topics:

1) Launching a Program & Business Development (April 28-29),

2) Managing Subcontractors in Aerospace (April 30 - May 1), and

3) Managing Customer Services in Aerospace (May 2-3).

Keynote speakers from Bombardier Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney Canada will also be invited to share their insights on strategic issues. Deadline for registration is April 11, 2014.
