The first part of a three-seminar series, this course overviews growth strategies, challenges and issues in Aerospace and Defense (A&D), with a special focus on servicing the A&D sector and working in a global world of opportunities for future growth. It brings you a very hands-on case-based and experiential approach to new markets, large program management and execution. It will be run concurrently by two lecturers of the partner institutions HEC Montréal and Toulouse Business School, providing a diverse approach to new markets and operations management for a sustainable growth.

A prestigious guest speaker from the industry will be invited to discuss some strategic issues.
