To encourage the next generation in aerospace

In Greater Montréal, one in 50 workers is active in aerospace. Our companies are growing and need workers. New positions need to be filled and retiring workers replaced. Over the next 10 years, 37,000 aerospace positions will need to be filled in Québec. In addition to working closely with educational and research institutions, Aéro Montréal has implemented several initiatives to support its members in their talent search.

Passion for aviation

In an effort to pass on the passion for aerospace to the next generation, Aéro Montréal has developed, in collaboration with the industry, two interactive programs for elementary and high school students. These programs are available free of charge to teachers.
