Upon completion of this workshop, participants will have a sound understanding of the auditing process which is a key part of a Quality Assurance and Safety Management System and its importance in enhancing operational safety and improving operational performance.
For Auditees – Individuals being audited and who are responsible for creating action plans in response to findings.

This is the “How to get corrective actions plan right the 1st time” course you should not miss!
Gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret findings, determine root causes and develop proper corrective and preventative actions plan.
