Back to ListMANNARINO Systems & Software will be holding its seminar entitled Software Aspects of Certification & RTCA/DO-178B/C from 29 May to 1 June 2018 at IATA Headquarters in downtown Montreal.
Created for both system and software engineers, this seminar focuses on the certification and system aspects of developing airborne software as well as the detailed guidelines applicable to software engineers. Practical workshops ranging from requirements management to robustness testing have been incorporated to enforce the participant’s understanding of important DO-178B/C objectives and activities.
The course curriculum is quite intense and addresses the “core” RTCA/DO-178B/C documentation. To best absorb all the information, it is best to provide the course over a period of 3 days. An optional 4th day is offered to deal with and delve into the special supplements relating to RTCA/DO-178C, which comprise:
- RTCA/DO-330 ~ Software Tool Qualification Considerations
- RTCA/DO-331 ~ Model-Based Development & Verification
