Amboise, April 17th, 2014 - MECACHROME, a leader in the aerospace industry whose main operations in North America are located near Montreal, is pleased to announce the appointments of several Head Officers.

Jean Charles RAILLAT replaces Pierre AYOTTE as Vice President Operations for MECACHROME CANADA. Pierre AYOTTE, who was heading the Mirabel facility, leaves MECACHROME for a new opportunity.

Charles MAGNAN becomes Vice President Sales and Engineering for MECACHROME CANADA. He replaces Francisco VEGA who leaves the company for a new opportunity.

We wish Jean-Charles RAILLAT and Charles MAGNAN success in their new assignments.
We warmly thank Pierre AYOTTE for his involvement in the company and the key role he played in MECACHROME CANADA'S recovery. We wish him and Francisco VEGA well in their new challenges.

Mr. RAILLAT has over 15 years of experience in the mechanical and aeronautics industries. He has been working for MECACHROME for over 12 years. Mr. RAILLAT successfully carried out important missions in the positions of Director of the industrial site of Vibraye, Director of Industrial Projects - including the development of turbine blades - and Director of Motorsport for MECACHROME.

He has been able to bring to MECACHROME, a hands-on approach, a technical and competitive know-how to improve development and competitiveness of the group. All this experience has enabled him to carry out and deliver a disciplined growth strategy for the access of MECACHROME CANADA to North America.

Mr. MAGNAN has over 20 years of experience. He started his career in business development activities and business management, which has enabled him to be part of the acquisition and implementation of a specialized company in industrial control and automation in the Aeronautics Industry. He has worked for MECACHROME for 4 years.

He joined the team as Head of Technical Affairs for the engineering office of Ville St-Laurent. He was promoted to the position of Director of business development to MECACHROME CANADA.

Mr MAGNAN has been a major asset for the growth and development of MECACHROME CANADA in recent years and will be a key element for the growth of the group's North American subsidiary in forthcoming years.

We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mrs. Pamela LICHA, who has been promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources of MECACHROME CANADA.

Mrs. LICHA has over 7 years of experiences in Human Resources. She has been working for MECACHROME for over 3 years and was challenged with the task of the growth of the group’s in North American. Thanks to a growth of the engineering department which has almost doubled in size in the past 18 months. Consequently to an expertise that was hard to find locally, Ms LICHA had to develop innovative online recruiting solutions as recruiter of talent at international level.

Mrs. Pamela LICHA will play a crucial role in the organizational development, recruitment of talent and support & guidance to help the management of MECACHROME CANADA's Human Resources.
