In order to achieve its objectives, Aéro Montréal has adopted a strategic action plan that includes the creation of working groups.The working groups are dedicated to areas of intervention identified in Aéro Montréal’s strategic plan, namely to the issues which the aerospace industry wants to address.
The working groups are composed of representatives from Québec’s aerospace industrial sector and the institutional sector representing associations, unions and government.
They are working to implement structuring projects that will benefit Quebec’s aerospace sector.
